What PulseFeedback is

PulseFeedback is a public feedback and roadmap board shared across Pulse Systems products. You sign in through Pulse Accounts, the shared identity service behind every Pulse product, rather than connecting to Discord directly here - see the Pulse Accounts Privacy Policy for how your Discord sign-in itself is handled.

Information we collect

When you sign in, we receive your Pulse account ID, display name, and avatar. We store the feedback posts, comments, and votes you submit, which product and category they're attached to, and any images you attach to a post (filename, size, and content type, in addition to the image itself). Every vote and post is tied to your real Pulse Accounts identity, not a cookie or IP address.

If a post is filed from an in-product error link (for example, a Discord bot command that failed), we store a short opaque code identifying which command failed, never the raw error or any message content.

How we use information

We use this information to display posts, comments, votes, and the public roadmap; let staff review, moderate, and respond to feedback; detect and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions; and maintain service security.

What's public

Posts, comments, vote counts, your display name and avatar, and attached images are visible to anyone who visits a public board, unless a post is marked internal or hidden by staff. Do not attach images or write comments containing information you don't want publicly visible.

Sharing

We share the minimum identity needed with Pulse Accounts to verify your sign-in, and may forward a summary of new posts/comments/products to Pulse Systems' internal operations tooling. We share limited data with hosting, database, and monitoring providers needed to run the service.

Retention

Posts, comments, votes, and attached images are kept while the board is active, or until you or staff remove them. Uploaded images that are never attached to a submitted post are not retained indefinitely.

Children

PulseFeedback is not directed to children under 13, matching Discord's own minimum age requirement.
