Terms of Service

1. Using PulseFeedback
PulseFeedback lets you submit feature requests and bug reports, vote on other submissions, comment, and follow each product's public roadmap. Sign-in is handled by Pulse Accounts. You may use PulseFeedback only if you can comply with these terms, Pulse Accounts' own terms, and Discord's Terms of Service.
2. Your Content
You are responsible for the posts, comments, and images you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing, or images you do not have the right to share. Only upload screenshots or images relevant to explaining a bug report or feature request.
3. Voting and Moderation
Votes must reflect your own genuine opinion - do not create multiple accounts or coordinate artificial voting to manipulate a post's ranking. Staff may edit, merge, hide, mark internal, or remove posts, comments, and images, and may change a post's status (such as Planned or Declined) at their discretion.
4. Service Rules
Do not upload malware or files disguised as images, abuse the upload or comment system, scrape the board, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may suspend or remove access for accounts that abuse the service.
5. Availability and Changes
PulseFeedback is provided as-is and may change, pause, or stop at any time. A status shown on the roadmap (such as Planned or In Progress) is not a guarantee that a feature will ship or ship on any particular timeline.
6. Third Parties
PulseFeedback depends on Pulse Accounts and Discord, both separate services with their own terms. PulseFeedback is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PulseFeedback and Pulse Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost content, or third-party outages. These terms are a practical operating policy, not legal advice.
